I got this to replace one of my cutting plates in my cutting & embossing machine. It's the right size and does what I wanted it to do.

I bought it to use in my die cutting machine in place of clear plate that kept warping. Well, this was no better. After a week of use, it warped too. Started using the second mat, and the same thing happened. It’s also not pliant, that I can mold it by hand or put under something heavy to reshape.

I got this smaller duo pack for two reasons, to use one to replace one of my cutting plates in my cutting & embossing machine (works GREAT!!) and to have one to toss into my crafting bag to have to cut/glue on when I need it. Works GREAT there too!

I expected it to be bigger. Didnt have exact measurements in description, it ended up being the size of piece of paper.

Loved that it fit my Gemini Jr to use as a plate! It will save me buying new plates! Easy to straighten out if it gets a little bent! Will order more as needed, but I think these will last months!

I did a lot of work with X-acto knives before getting a good pad like this and it makes a world of difference. This absorbs all the cuts and you can go at it for hours with a bunch o different craft styles and it will be fine. I used to either scratch the table that was under my work or destroy my sketchbook so a professional mat (at a good price) is a welcome change

I use these for my die cutting machine. I use one for the cutting. I just use it instead of one of the other clear plates I put the die down on it that way it does not cut into the clear plate. Works great!

Perfect for use with electronic die cutting machines - Empress, Gemini - to eliminate wear and tear of top plastic plate. It takes a bit of practice to configure the right sandwich, but you'll never again have to replace your plastic plates.

I purchased these mats for 2 purposes: to do a fair amount of cutting of cardstock pieces with a craft knife and to replace the well-used cutting plate in my die cutting machine. Since I had 2 purposes, it seemed a great deal for the price point. In both cases, the mats did heal well at the beginning, but after about 6 passes on the die cutting machine, the mat had some deep grooves that could not heal (and yes, I did move the dies around). The mat for hand cutting lasted a bit longer, but after a few hours of cutting, the craft knife began to catch in some of the grooves. I can understand the die cutting being rough on the mat, but I expected longer for hand cutting. I will have to look elsewhere and pay more for more durable self-healing mats.

Works good if you have small projects. 8.5" x 6"

Purchased this to use with one of my die cutting machines. Fits an 6 inch opening. No problem so far. I am very pleased with the purchase.
