Visually stunning chandelier but either have it installed professionally or avoid it altogether. Essentially no instructions other than "assemble and hang." Online video (in Chinese) worse than useless--it is misleading. The internal wires are not long enough to connect and you will have to fashion jumpers either from the main hanging wire or another source. Too heavy to hang by yourself. It took two tech-savvy men (one an electrical engineer who had wired his own home) three hours to assemble and install. The result is great but the manufacturers have simply made no attempt to help the customer with this product. They should be ashamed.

No instructions and very difficult to put together and i considr myself very handy. If you r not a fan of puzzle and u dont consider yourself handy tjen stay away from this product. Had to make a few changes inorder to attach it to the ceiling. Consoder yourself warned if you chose to buy it.

Ok, so honestly... I wasn’t expecting the set up to be quite complicated to install. I had to hire an electrician... and the first guy couldn’t figure it out. Fortunately, the second guy figured it out and it’s definitely a beautiful piece to have in our abode. We bought dimmable bulbs (sold separately) and it works well with this light fixture. Overall, it’s a nice light, but unless you’re an electrician... be prepared to shell out a few more bucks.

No instructions still being handy I wanted to embark on the assembly but insufficient wires to connect and the package came with a broken part. To return, I had to pay the shipping. So I kept it but am not using it. Beware!!! poor replica not worth the cheap price as well.

Very nice lighting product for its price. The wiring could be a little tricky. I would recommend this product.

Was a bit sceptical during the assembly but at the end was really impressed of the final result and the visual positive impact it gave to the area where I installed it - even better than what is shown in the pictures. However what I really liked the most was the excellent after sales customer service - very good experience indeed!
