On the powdered cream, how much does the 11oz bag make when reconstitued? The product is sold by weight but the directions use cups, so of no help.

1 tsp = 2 g 3 tsp = 1 T = 6 g for liquid heavy cream 2 T = add 1 T water + 1 T heavy cream powder 11 oz bag as 312 grams. so 312/6 grams for 1 T = 52 servings Note: the nutrition label has 1 tsp as a serving which equals 2 g (These are FDA serving size rules we must use on the nutrition label.) Has anyone made Milk Chocolate (from cacao beans, cocoa butter) with it?

Yes, make the cream first and refrigerate. It will come out lumpy and powdery. When you mix it with the chocolate make sure you heat it and mix well. It will blend well nicely.

Can you make butter with this?

I have not tried to make butter with the heavy cream powder. I am not sure that would work. I do have Judd’s butter powder and it is a great product, too.
