Flimsy product
Handles , keep dropping off. And the red paint is so thin and scratches off easily. Otherwise a good product to use for OPOS

A good addition to your OPOS Kitchen!
This Pressure Baker is good for you if you're already familiar with OPOS techniques. I would've given it 5 stars, had it been made of Stainless Steel. The non-stick coating is its weakest link and I use it with utmost care to not scratch it. I would've preferred if it didn't need so much care. Pros: Size - It comfortably feeds a family of 4, along with a serving or two for unannounced guests Look - Stylish red makes it a great prop on the dinner table Functionality - It lives up to the OPOS promise! You have to make OPOS Paneer Butter Masala in it to believe the magic! Cons: Coating - Like I said earlier, the coating is its achilles heel. Also I'm not very satisfied with its durability. I would've cooked about 15 times in it (over a period of a month)...I've only used wooden spatula...and I already see some mild scratching on the bottom. You could invest in a silicone spatula to avoid this. Lid - Too tight to close. Which makes it bit tougher to handle while its hot. Overall, a cool addition to your kitchen, if you're already OPOSing. If you're not, I'd suggest you to start with the Stainless Steel 2L Pressure Baker before graduating to this one.

Needs improvement!
Looks fantastic , quite heavy. I normally steer away from non stick but this an being opos kit with great reviews didn't think twice. Made a non. Veg curry today and the Coating near the screws has started coming off and the handle has become loose. (tightening the handle is not a big issue.. But the Coating!)P. S I'm very careful with my vessels! I would rather have a much better built product for such a price tag than extra gaskets and weights. If you are going to buy this cooker I suggest you wait for a much better version or just stick with the 2lt MP.

Not happy
Pressure baker 2.0. Got the product only after 10 days of purchase. Due to product damage courier returned the product to the seller, got refund and again had to book the item. Stunned on image but not happy with the actual product. The packaging is not good when compared to previous stainless steel version. It's non stick coating on aluminium and not sure about food standard safety. Is the nonstick coating from renowned brand ?. Is it PFOA free? The whistles provided with the baker has sharp edges. Even the look of the pressure baker is not that appealing . Actual product is not as good as the photo. Dents found inside the lid and pot. Can't find any information on the manufacturer (OLX)on box and internet. Hope previous version is pleasure but 2.0 is pressure.
