Product came today but was damaged. It definitely needs more wrapping to protect the album. Although it did have the wrapping still on the actual album. Brand new. The items was also nice and neat inside. I do recommend buying this album. It’s a great buy.

Came damaged but everything is included

I had to reorder this cd since the first time it arrived the poster was damaged and the box broken. I collect Kpop cds and of course expect the items I pay for to arrive in mint condition. I sent the first cd back and today received the replacement. The poster is damaged and it looks to be the same one sent to me the first time. The cd box again is broken. I will be sending it back and will be sure to never purchase again from the retailer who sent it. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. The app is requiring a star rating. I am only giving it one star so I can post the review. In reality it deserves no star.
