Bodygym Portable Home Gym Resistance System

I am loving this portable gym! It is low impact, but still a great workout -- so it is perfect for me. The exercises towards the end of the book are a bit too advanced for me, but I look forward to the day when I can do them all! A great purchase!

I was expecting more for the price of $78. It was highly recommended to me by my Martial Arts instructor. He paid around $50 for the same product.

I have had my Body Gym for about 3 years. It's a decent workout but the bands don't last. I just ordered 2 more bands -- I always order 2 because I know one will break and I want a back-up. I received my last 2 bands in June of this year and I am already ordering 2 more! Very disappointing! Unfortunately, I don't have the option of going to a gym because I am a caregiver for my husband. I'm sure I am not the only person with this complaint.

I think this is a mis-print. My friend bought the same unit on QVC for $39.99 and it doesn't weigh 91 pounds. I'd check out QVC first.

This is the worst piece of exercise equipment I have ever purchased! The concept is good, but there is so little resistance with the band that you could never build any muscle or strength from using it! The band is like a stretched out rubber band which even when tightened per instructions, is useless. Anyone who feels this provides even a subpar workout must be extremely out of shape and/or delusional. I purchased this through QVC after watching Marie's infomercial and then had to return it so it cost me $7.50 in return shipping charges. I sent a letter back to Marie Osmond with no response from her, her organization or QVC. I have lost all respect for her as this product is falsely advertised and at the very least, should have a set of various bands with different tensions to accommodate different fitness levels and the bar should be made more robust. There was a review similar to mine when I purchased it and I wish I had heeded the warning. Do not waste your money on this product!!!
