Fresh , but birds just flick it all over to find small pieces they can digest. Advertised for all birds, I disagree. Created a lot of waste.

I have canaries and this product was recommended to me by a canary breeder. I have used it for many years with healthy birds in part from this product!

This is a good product to support birds health.

I purchase this and have to put it through a grinder to make it work. Once it is ground again, it works fine.

My zebra and society finches absolutely loved it. A bit pricey unfortunately but oh well .

This item appeared to be for smaller "seed eating" birds but some of it is dust and some of it is big enough for eagles and SOME of the rest is the right size. Very expensive for only 1/3 of the bag being useful.

This might be OK for the pet velociraptor but not for your average pet bird. Dear Manufacturer: Grind it Finer!
