Round and Rectangular Knee Pads Portable Elbow Pad for Yoga Floor Exercises Workout Pilates Gardening Cleaning

I have had this mat for a few weeks and I am very happy with it. I thought I would use the smaller round pads more, but I've ended up using the rectangular mat pretty much exclusively. They're latex-free, compact and easy to store, not too thin, not too thick, and very comfortable. The rectangular mat one fits perfectly under my knees when doing exercises while kneeling, and it allows me to do exercises that had always been too painful and put too much pressure on my joints! They're also great for wedging under hips, elbows, shoulders...any pressure points. All in all this is a great set of mats for a great price. They're versatile, comfortable, and terrific for folks who have a latex sensitivity/allergy. Happy with my mats!

This has been an invaluable tool in my workouts and took them to the next level. I use it in so many ways. The price was awesome too.. You get a rectangular mat and 2 round ones. They are nice and thick and my knees are no longer bruised during my extra long fire hydrant or donkey kick workouts. Absolutely perfect for when you need extra joint support (under the knee, hip, elbow, etc.) Highly recommended.. Buy it!!!

Use this for Yoga and barre class. They are a good size and light weight. A bit thin but it does help to cushion my knees, elbows, and thigh when I am exercising.

This set is saving my knees & hands in yoga (table pose), since my mat is not very thick. At first, I thought these would be too big, but they’re great, making a big difference in my comfort. Could be useful for gardening too. A very good deal. I l’m very happy & highly recommend this set.

Great choice for knees and elbows support when doing yoga. Other products only offer the rectangle pad, but this one also comes with two round pads, so they can be used for both knees and elbows. The material is excellent (durable, nice touch, zero chemical smell), and the colors are beautiful. Five stars in every aspect! :)

Ordered this for my wife but ended up returning. She wasn't pleased with the quality or comfort. Ended up ordering a beachbody mat and although it is the same thickness, it is more comfortable.

I started a new class at the gym and many of the poses are done on the floor with knees down. By the end of the first class my knees were hurting. The rectangular knee pad works great to keep my knees happy. It is very soft. The round ones work great when you are on one knee at a time.

Somehow it is soft and firm at the same time. Cushions my knees yet doesn't compress so much that they end up on the floor anyway. Very comfortable. It makes me look forward to getting on my knees to exercise! The round hand pads are a nice bonus. Quality product.
