Hi hello I am indeed the first review for this product, which is always terrifying, but I was desperate as my computer model seemed to be rare (HP PAVILION X360 - 14-BA125CL). Ok to be fair, I know almost nothing about technology so I was so relieved to find that the screen even fitted, not to mention WORKED and came with full functionality (touch screen, infrared camera, good resolution). Great care was taken to package the screen in a styrofoam box within a box within an amazon box and the screen came with a tool to remove the display. I also appreciate how the shiny metal HP logo was protected by a layer of some material that you scrape off easily. For these reasons, I've given the product a high rating. However, I dinged a star because some of the adhesive on the bottom panel of my screen was pulling apart and the screen bottom juts out (the thin bezel/frame separated from the glass :( ) I added some E3600 to fix it and the gap doesn't cause any damage or bulkiness when closing the laptop, so I'm going to keep this digiziter/bezel for now because it's still function. It just looks somewhat unprofessional because of it and I paid $150 dollars, but honestly, for that traumatizing installation process, I'm not going to bother with an exchange/refund. Also, minor note but the screen when turned off remains greyish whereas the authentic HP screen is black due to material differences. So all in all, some cosmetic aberrations but hardware and wiring compatibility works swimmingly, so 4 stars!

Dislike is no the side the screen I need 14 inch no 13 inch

Just arrived yesterday, so I had 1 day to test it. Good quality for this money. Recommend!

Worked perfectly, just had to calibrate the touch screen after install.
