This camera does not come with an IMEI number that cell companies use to register SIM cards. The IP address provided is no longer valid and no back up or alternate was provided. No IP address equals no configuration via computer. If your provider has moved to 5G, this unit will not peel off the 4G / 3G / LTE signal; it simply will not work. The manufacturer does not email you back for support. There were literally no instructions in the box... really... nothing. There was a mini disc... I have three computers... none of which have a disc drive. Simply outdated technology. I spent 8 hours of my life trying to jump through hoops to make this work. I wish I could get a refund for my time. Amazon Merchant: You should remove this product from the category assortment. The technology doesn't work, the manufacturer is not supportive, and the camera is not consumer friendly.

I set it up with a H2O Wireless prepaid SIM and got it connected to 3G after some trial and error. The SIM card gets inserted back to front compared to typical setups, pay attention to the picture in the item description. To view the camera using a browser it must be Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome don't work, I guess because IE is ubiquitous in China where everyone uses stolen versions of Windows XP/7. I can't make the Bullcloud thing work right now, I have no idea why. The instructions are a total joke, pretty much do this and if it works do that. If it doesn't work, you're on your own. I can't get an SD card to work in it, tried formatting but again no instructions.The manniu phone app asks for permissions it probably shouldn't need.There's a reason this device is cheap. Currently it's a brick til I can figure out the Bullcloud and SD card issues.

Camera is very reliable compared to other Cellular based cameras. I have purchased 3 of these. I wish all features and functions were remotely accessible. You can't beat the price and reliability of this unit. West Texas application with T-Mobile service.

o rarely Wright in here and that because what i buy should work as it should but in this case i spent good deal if money to protect my on road equipment and all went to waste as companies never this devices in USA, this one works perfectly iven without all the properties configured. give it 5
