Nine West Women's Rocha Pump

Damaged my feet!!! I got 2 bones sticking out of my feet, forever, because these Nine West shoes are too damn narrow. Tried them on, walked around in them for a few, and then just like that, my feet started hurting. Took them off and the sides of my feet were burning and red. Thank god I have an office job. I stayed off my feet and kept shoes off my feet the rest of the day. I can go on, but all you need to know is never again. I will never buy Nine West again!!!

I love Nine West. Love them - they make fantastic shoes.I bought these originally in a 9 (I always wear a 9). Had to exchange them for an 8 1/2. No worries there, Amazon was great about free return shipping, sent me out a new pair ASAP. Great.My issue is with the shoe itself. I work in corporate America, so I live in suits and heels. I buy a new pair of black heels probably once a year, because I wear them so much, I expect them to get worn out. But to be unwearable after 3 months? I ordered this Mid-december, and it was the beginning of January by the time I got a pair that fit.From January to now, these shoes have fallen apart.From a design point of view, the shoe is great. Small platform, but high enough that it lends the shoe some sexiness, but not so tall that they're impossible to walk in. Padded toe box, and at the ball of the foot. All good things.Bad things?Sole started separating from the toe on the 30th day I'd owned them. The "leather" has been peeling off the heel since day 1 - everything the shoe touches "dings" it. I've tried to color in the spots Pretty Woman style with a black sharpie, but they just keep getting bigger. There's a worn spot in the right sole where the ball of my foot rests that's worn straight through to the rubbery part of the insole. It's like I can see my shoe's guts. After 3 months! The seam holding the "leather" upper to the inside of the right shoe has come undone, so the shoe is literally coming apart. After 3 months! (Have I mentioned it's BS that these only lasted 3 months?)Overall, skip these. Get something sturdier. These are literally falling apart where I stand.

I have size 10-10.5 feet with very, very narrow heels (AAAA) and have a ridiculously hard time finding shoes that fit. I would never normally purchase shoes with such high heels, but this one had so many good reviews (and the heel looked narrow) that I decided to give them a try. I got a size 10 first and they pinched my toes and were very painful to walk in. But I ordered the 10.5 and with some extra padding at the ball of the foot, a heel grip in the back, and an inner sole to keep everything in place, they fit perfectly and are actually pretty comfortable. I mean, I can't run in them, but walking is fine and my toes aren't pinching. I know it sounds like a whole lot of modification, but that's pretty normal for me - they don't make 10.5 narrow shoes in most brands. They are very, very pretty too (I got the black/black fabric which is like a lace overlayer with some sparkle)! I haven't decided if they are comfortable enough to warrant buying a second pair, but once I actually test them out of the house I may decide to get them in another color. I didn't give them 5 stars only because I think they should have a little more padding and any kind of arch support would be great.

I love these shoes! My favorite pair! Revised review, I have worn these shoes once and yes they fit well and feel good. However, when I put them on the first time I did not really look at the shoes as I expected it to be one pair of shoes. I took them out last night to wear today and upon inspection found that although there were similarities, these were two foot of different shoes. I contacted the seller and sent the photo (attached) and all they could say is that the time has expired for returns.

I ordered these shoes in black and they are sexy and stunning!. I ordered them in 9 narrow and I was very surprised of the perfect fit. I think I could have gotten away with even a Med in this shoe. Because my heel is soooo narrow, it hugs my heel like a shoe should but not too tight. Most narrows Don't fit my heel like this so I don't have that space in the back. Yay! When I first took them out the box, I said oh my..this is too slim then I tried them on and realized that they fit, so ladies if you are a slim (AA) which is so hard to fine, and you want a sexy pump, this may be it.! I wore them inside for hours to make sure they may be a keeper. I wanted to stretch them a little. Then I tried them with hose, they felt much better, so in cold weather, I can look forward to wearing with my suits/dresses. I am even considering stretching them with my shoe stretchers. The fit is very supportive and the high heel is very comfortable. Sexy Sexy Shoe.

These shoes look so good on my feet. I dress for a business work place and these go great with any kind of skirt but look especially amazing with a pencil skirt. They definitely need to be broken in. Right now I am bringing an older pair of pumps to change into when my feet start to hurt. I got them so quick, Amazons shipping is fantastic. I have worn them three times and will continue to alternate shoes until I break them in more. The shoes are so nice. So sexy. Makes me feel younger. I know that sounds silly but its amazing what a new pair of shoes can do. I am 5'10" and wear a size 10. The sizing is true to fit. I originally ordered a 10.5 thinking the shoe might run small but it doesn't so I had to return it. Even the return, Amazon made so easy to do. I got the right size two days later. So in summary, love the shoe, but has to be broken in and pretty sure I look a couple years younger because I feel a couple years younger.

When the box arrived I feared the worst as it was dented and damaged however the shoes inside were in perfect condition. They fit very well and are very comfortable to wear. The first time I wore them to work I got a lot of compliments and no one believed me when I told them price (so cheap). Very pleased with them. I wear a US7.5 which is half a suez bigger than my usual shoe size and they fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

I love these shoes!! I thought they'd be a bit high because of the platform and the heel but they aren't. They are so comfortable shoes. Because of the cushioning your foot is really cosy and the fit is just right. It's easy for me to walk in them an the fabric is so pretty. Love them. I've been wearing Nine West for years and have yet to be disappointed.

They are a bit to big but nothing a pair of insoles can't fix!
