Lovely to drink from and easy to hold (I have arthritis). It is easy to clean and keeps heat well.It is not a cup you would want to bounce around like a thermos could be.We will be using ours for walks and a cuppa during church and for this it is absolutely perfect.

Brilliant product - bought as replacement for my keepcup (more expensive). Much better, the grip doesn’t become loose after washing, top is secure & no added taste to my drink even when I switch between coffee & herbal tea. Best travel cup I’ve owned!

It was bought for my mother who has arthritis and finds it difficult to hold a normal cup. It was great at first. But now the silicon jacket has stretched and keeps dropping down. Now not safe for my mum to use. Unable to get a new jacket.

Was looking forward to using this product.Instantly leaked on the first use and second use completely broke.Attempted to contact buyer, no response.

Absolutely brilliant cup for coffee, keeps a good consistent heat. And no plastic taste as I've found on other cups. This is my second purchase of this cup, and could not recommend it highly enough.

Good product, took a few washes to get the plastic taste off but it's perfect now, been washed several times and looks brand new
