Ordered this after reading the few reviews noted, figuring it was a good deal but, it is not; not for me. After reading the instructions and trying to set up with a video footage, I could not get to sync with internet. I decided to give up and return the same day. It was extremely discouraging and frustrating to try and set up. Unsure if it was unable to work with my Note9 but it would not do anything besides beep loudly which was irritating especially with attempting to set-up initially. The price is decent but it's not worth it if you have little patience like me.

Good alarm, works as stated. Set up was the only issue. My daughter on her iPhone set it up I could not on my android although we both did the same thing. I was able to see the device wifi, but it would give me an error. Did the same o. iPhone but after 30 min of trying hers recognized, and added the device, then all I did was log on and we were good to go. Alarm recognized all the door sensors and the motion sensor and key fobs no problem. For the money, it's a pretty good system with just a few limitations.

I have one for about 1-2 years for home and decided to buy another one for work. I use it as a door chime to know if anyone comes in. The app is suspicious so only use it to set it up and delete it. If you have a spare phone/tablet, you can install on there so you can get notifications too.

Es un producto muy fácil de instalar, la app puede mejorar, es importante que consideren que el sensor de movimiento y el panel deben estar conectados a la corriente eléctrica por medio de cargadores iguales a los de los celulares y que las baterías que traen son solo de respaldo por lo que se debe pensar en instalarlos a ambos en lugares cercanos a una toma de corriente.Pero en general es un buen producto, me ha funcionado a la perfección hasta el momento!!!

Only problem is doesn’t work with Alexa as advertised but a great product. Easy to control from your smartphone.

This alarm is effective for the price. Notifications are prompt, and set up is a breeze. I particularly like the PIR motion sensor. I’m definitely going to get some add on PIR motion sensors for my store room and tool shed.
