It was lovely and cool at first, but, as the night went on, it seemed to hold the heat coming from my head? It ended up a warm pad rather than cool. I suffer night sweats and was hoping this would help but I have been very disappointed with it and therefore cannot recommend it 😒

It semi worked for the first day or maybe I just thought it did? Pretty much useless afterwards, ended up making me warmer than not having it. Finally ended up accidentally putting it in the freezer..not recommended, squishy noises with things leaking out are probably not a sound a working product makes.

We have this and a jml. No competition the jml is genuinely cold to the touch. This is actually warm! Not sure how it can be sold as a cooling pillow

Doesn't work for me at all. I knew it wasn't working when I heard it boiling.

I purchased this to help with hot flushes at night and it does just that 👍

I use it as directed. Not totally pleased with effect but only slept on it once.
