Are these chips hard or more like regular chips(Lays, doritos, etc.)?

These chips are hard but is very good

Are these chips baked or fried?

I have been trying to find out too. The bag saysthat they are cooked via a special vacum process. I have no idea what that is. They don't tast like they are fried. I think the chips are cooked guickly to keep their color.

what is the sodium content?

They list 115 mg of sodium for the bag. The 1oz. (28 g) bag is one serving, so 115 mg sodium per serving.

Not organic, but "non GMO" made with sea salt. The label reads "sourcing unique and diverse root vegetables from a select group of farmers" for over 20 years. Also, Terra supports Seed Savers Exchange.
