Very nice product. easy to install and easy to setup with the app. now i can just use my phone to unlock my door. Looks very nice and trendy on my door also!

Pros:I like that it would lock it's self after opening the door and I like the way it looked and worked when we first installed it.Cons:-It is only attached where the knob goes through the door. This allows the plate with the touch screen to turn a little bit sideways making it look like you installed it crooked.-The numbers on the touch screen are hard to see when it is sunny outside-We installed it on a standard thickness door but the screws were too long and we had to purchase different ones.-The biggest problem is that the internal workings are cheaply made and a small part broke off inside making it so that you could not open the door from the outside.

Not as easy to use as I wanted. I wanted a way to unlock from my phone. It works well enough though.

EDIT: I purchased July 2020 and the handle came out today. The Bluetooth never worked. Can only actually use when it’s not cold outside because the batteries die. I expect more than two years out of a door knob. Heading to lowes today.I like the ease of opening my door but it doesn’t work in the winter time. When it gets cold outside the batteries die and the door knob isn’t functional. I had to install a second lock so I can lock my door in the winter time. I bought the most expensive batteries I could find thinking it would help but it didn’t. This one is useless because it can’t take the cold. Waste of money. No fingerprint reader on mine. The key passes didn’t work at all. The app is super difficult to get to work. Not easy to install. Wish I could get my money back.

Great lock. Easy to install. Can easily setup entry codes for many users. If you download the app on your phone, you can manage your users, create or delete users and view log of access history. It gets a thumbs up.👍

Extra key fob good to have

I would have giving it a zero star because of the fact that it's a piece of crap. I have only had the lock for a couple months and we had a bad rain storm on Sunday and the lock quit working Sunday night. Call the company because it's should still be under warranty. It says water resistant and they say they will not cover any kind of water damage to the lock itself. So what the hell does water-resistant mean. This company is a joke this is the second lock I have bought from them two different times and both of them went to hell within a couple months. And they will not cover their warranties. Do not buy this lock or any other turbolock

So when this arrived I installed it right away. It seemed to work great at first. Once it was connected to the app though, sometimes the app would unlock it and sometimes it wouldn’t. Sometimes it will tell me that the lock didn’t exist. And it didn’t matter how close I was to it. After about two weeks, I did send it back because during the day when the sun is shining directly at my door, the keypad has a flare so I couldn't see it, and the handle was almost impossible to touch. There were times that my kids would have to wait for somebody else to come home and help them, because the app wouldn’t work on their phone and the keypad and handle caused too many other issues.
