This thing is trash it will ware u out trying to use it even if your mud is wet wet

This product is junk, your motar has be so thinned down it use it. Motar is compressed in nozzle so it will come out. Also plunger rod is to flimsy.

Really sucks a cream pie up!! Use this on my GF last night.

I bought this product elsewhere but it's the exact same thing. We had to add grout to a rock wall that had been badly grouted. If we had tried to do it by hand it would have taken forever,and made a huge mess. This was a lifesaver. I'm sure it saved us hours of work. It is a little tricky because you have to find the right consistency for your grout and add a surfactant (as had been suggested in another review.) We added about 2 teaspoons of dish soap to a 60 pound bag of mortar. Fill the tube from the nozzle side to keep the felt on the plunger clean. The different sizes of nozzle tips are a godsend. Tap the leftover grout from the nozzle back into your mixture every time your refill the tube, otherwise the tip can get compacted with sand. Making smaller mixes rather than the whole 60 pound mortar bag helps so that it doesn't dry out while you are working. I would recommend this to any homeowner/ DIY-er that has a small/medium project. It's easy to clean out, and ours still looks good if we ever have to do it again.
