First, let me say that I really life this product. It cleaned up blackheads in my nose beautifully and my pores looked clean and smooth. So, I was really bummed when this quit working after just 3 months. I contacted Customer Care, and was blown away by the quality of their service. They responded to my email immediately and offered to replace the broken one at no charge. I also didn't have to hassle with returning it. The CSR had my new skin cleaner in my hand in less than 5 days after my initial email. It was AMAZING service. Wish other companies were this good at taking care of their customers.

I purchased this item during Prime Day because I thought it might be helpful to use between professional facials. I'm so glad I did! Best purchase ever!!!I love every step. I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. It's the same feeling I get when my esthetician sucks the gunk out of my face. I also love the hydration steps, I can see my eye cream working in real-time during Step 3.As I will reiterate from what someone else stated in another review, if you do not have a consistent face-cleaning regimen then this tool is NOT for you. I've been following the same steps using the Clinique 3-step system for the last 30 years. This tool and the steps work perfectly with the Clinique products, For Step 1 I use the Clinique All About Clean Facial Soap and for Step 2 I use the Clinique Clarifying LotionIn Step 3, I use the Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate for my eyes and hyaluronic acid for the rest of my face. For Step 4, I use my Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ For Face or the Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Moisturizer.If you are dedicated to your skin, this is a must not miss purchase!

It works as intended, although I don’t think the vibrate feature does all that much besides warm the tip of the blade cause of the friction

30K reviews and almost 5 stars? Hard to believe. It looks like this company had a massive social media campaign. I even saw this brand on youtube. I'm here to warn you, this product WILL CUT YOUR FACE. Yes the ultrasonic vibration is real and if you press a little too hard it will cut your face. If you don't press at all, it wont do anything to your blocked pores. So without this warning, you might think you need to press harder and harder until it works. Then yes, it does work, the stuff does start to come out but guess what? It just cut your face too. It'll take off a thin layer and this kind of wound take forever to heal. Took me like 3 days. It's just deep enough to be painful but not deep enough for the body to release repair agents. I have deep pimples that heal in one day.This product is basically useless because it'll cut you if you press, wont do anything if you don't press. It's downright dangerous to use.

I was hopeful when I decided to try this product. It was inexpensive and looked kind of cool. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like it did anything or made any kind of a difference for my skin. The vibration just wasn’t strong at all, and I could hardly feel it. Disappointed, but it was a very quick and easy return process, and I was given a full refund. So, that was really nice.

Won’t charge to the point where “all four lights are on” and therefore won’t turn on. Not functional and very disappointing.Update: Without prompting, the company fully refunded the unit without requiring a return. They suggested holding the power button for 5 seconds as a troubleshoot; while this was not a solution to this particular problem (unit would not hold a charge), I suggest trying this to anyone else having issues powering the unit on. Gave an additional star for the stellar customer service, but unfortunately, the product never worked for me.Further update: The seller sent another unit free of charge. I have not used it long enough to see dramatic effects, but the product does all that it promises. Wonderful seller with great customer service.

So far as I can tell great product. Cleans my pores and so much more. Removes dead skin on my face.
