BIRCH's Oval Shoelaces 27 Colors Half Round 1/4" Shoe Laces 4 Different Lengths

I bought a pair of Red Wings steel toed boots January 2023. Not six months later I had to purchase these to replace their laces. I was concerned if the laces would be better quality or worse. These laces are thicker, so I was a little happy that they may be better quality, yet a new concern, if they would fit the lace holes. They fit just fine and in the ankle hooks too. These thicker laces seem to not slip as badly, so I do not have to keep re-tying them. At my foot where the lace holes are, I actually have to slide my finger between the laces and the tongue to loosen them up to get my feet out of the boots. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! And, they are round, which I hate the flat laces that flip/flop where they want.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the pen mark stain. I was looking for pink laces to match the swoosh. The laces are not as thick as original Dunk SB laces,but are the same thickness as the original light blue laces that came on the shoes.
