just need patience.
give the squares 2 days to fully expand. and make sure you separate every one. (just make sure no 2 are stuck together. IF for some reason some dont fully expand (usually the edge) "use a hair dryer" and just warm it up a little it will help it.bought 2 sets of the black and purple. black expanded fine. purple i had about 3 in each the edge didnt fully expand. a little warm air fixed it.dont expect these to "sound proof" a room. all these are are for light sound dampening and stop sound bounce.also these dont come with anything to attach to walls so make sure you get good 2way stickys or just use staplesover all very pleased with them. just be patient at the start.

Aesthetically looks nice I guess
These to reduce the sound bouncing around in my call booths at my business they seem to work OK no sound engineer here but I thought they would do a little better job at this. Installation process is quite easy to do. You can either glue or use staples. I suggest staples as they come off cleaner this way.

Great product.. but word to the wise.
If you are looking at these I would tell you two things. 1. Realize they are only 1 inch thick. 2. They are not adhisive. We got a spray adhesive to stick them to the walls. Its only been a day and they are falling down. This is not a comment on the pannels though. They are exactly what I ordered. They are not as puple/burgandy as they look in the photo. They are almost a brownish. I still like them, just wish they had a little more purple tenting, and wish I would have thought it out a little better. Overal great for the money, fast shippping and everything.

Very thin
These acoustic tiles do come compressed for packaging but once you open them up do expand. Although they do expand, they seem very thin and not very sound absorbing. We havent completed the entire room yet so we will have to see how well they work. You must come up with your own way to attach them to the wall. There is no adhesive material included.

Great for small/medium spaces
I think I was one of the lucky ones because mine shaped up within 5 to 10 minutes, but I still soaked and squeezed them out just to be safe. Also because I didn't feel like waiting 1-2 days. You can dry these in the dryer on medium heat and normal dry (about 10-12 minutes should due per load but check after drying is done and dry for additional minutes if needed). They are great for small/medium spaces especially if you just do vocals. If you're working with a large sized room and working with instruments I would look into thicker panels (2 inches) as these are 1 inch. All you should need to stick them to the wall is a good brand of adhesive spray. However, if you're not in your "forever home" and eventually plan on moving I would recommend hot gluing card stock or regular paper on the back of each panel and use 2 Command Hook adhesive stickers per panel (4 if on ceiling) to stick to wall. This can be done without the paper but it will make it easier to stick the adhesive strips on the panels. Another option is T-pinning or push pinning then to the wall and ceiling which will be much quicker and cheaper. Overall they're great for small space when just doing vocal work for music or other voice content.

Poor Quality
This product was purchased for sound absorption in my recently built voice over studio. Unfortunately, I waited to open and missed the return window. The product does little to absorb sound which is reflected back right through the material. It is poorly cut, poorly manufactured and appears to have heat damage. Many panels won’t expand from being vacuum sealed. The cuts are off and uneven and the panels are very thin. Not worth the money at all.

great product
as long as you understand what you're buying - it will not soundproof your place but improve or disminish the echo/reverberation of sound - then it is a great product. It came compacted which worried me until I received them.. no problem, the moment I open them they swell to their normal size immediately. No waiting time. on a side note do not bother with double size adhesive to put install them, it does not work, the foam does not hold on them. so nails or staples will do the job. I know I tried the adhesive, within minute all the tile were down.

cheap. effective. worth it.
Included a picture of my very messy and unfinished studio. But you can see how I ran the 96 little foam panels around my room. Didn't include a picture of the back but there is some there as well. It did a very fine job of getting rid of echoes and weird reverb. Maybe I even overdid it. Not sure about that one. But you can use less. Honestly it works really well and I'd considered pricier options but opted to give this a try. Good for me, because I saved a crap ton of money. I'm super lazy too, and just stapled those things to the wall. There are other ways.

Does the job it's intended to do
I padded my entire music space and HOLY COW does it kill the reverberation I wanted gone. It also acts as nice insulation keeping the temperature and climate moderated to recommended levels. Well worth the money spent.

Studio

Brilliant :)
I don’t normally post reviews but thought I would as I’m seeing people complaining about flat pieces of foam.I used a hair dryer on medium heat to expand them all. it took me a hour or so but they was all fully blown out I’d recommend doing it if you want to put them up the same day. The quality of them is a little thin but for the price it’s good.I used a spray adhesive and they stuck very well. I put up about 130 of them and used 4 tins of the adhesive spray and they went up very easy.

🟪 super Preis für 96 STK / aufgehen lassen & falls nötig feucht behandeln ⬛
