Problem solved
I had a Porta cable screw gun of a friends and he pawned his whole kit, except what I had. The years later I came across it in an old truck. It still had a charge, but I was going to need a charger at some point. This charger worked perfectly. Great price I highly recommend it.

Red light of death ??
Worked excellent until recently. Got a solid red light on charger and it won't charge my batteries. Batteries are confirmed good by charging on a friend's charger. Pleases advise on what our next steps are.

Great 20 volt charger for black & decker AND PorterCable 20 volt lithion batteries
Really like this charger, it can charge two lith ion batteries that I use, the Black and Decker 20 volt lithion batteries and the Porter Cable 20 volt lithion batteries and within an hour or less I have been experiencing. Charges seem to be full and batteries work as normal, so I am very pleased, saved me from having to buy two chargers instead got one that is easy to operate and use. So far so good after a month of use.

Looks and works like my original charger base that I lost somehow. Time will tell but it works good so far.
