Great Quality, Great Product
My lovely mother broke my first 'My favorite Norpro' spatula when she overbent it trying to get overcooked brownies out of pan. I had that one for three years and purchased three more when I finally found this spatula. You don't realize how much you use the spatula until it's gone. I use it for everything while cooking. It's perfect for Sunday morning French Toast, pancakes, turning fried chicken, taking cookies off of the cookie sheet, flipping grilled cheese, turning potatoes, serving cake, serving pie....do you get my drift? I use it FOR EVERYTHING.It's thick quality material, doesn't take up too much space in our utensils drawer, cleans easily, and the colored spatulas are just as great of quality as the black ones. There is no other spatula that I'd use and no other ones that I recommend. Buy it; I can promise you won't be disappointed.

Great Spatula, Bone-head Seller
It's true, these are the best little spatulas around. My favorite red one broke while digging brownies out of a pan, (so beware). When I found these on Amazon I was determined to stock up. I saw that there were 4 colors available, but not an option for color choice. I'm ok with that, thinking that if I bought "4", I would have at least a 25% chance of getting "1" of the color's I wanted. But Nooo, the seller found that too difficult of an endeavor. It would have been too taxing on them. Of the 4 colors, the one I liked the least was... "blue" .. so what did I get, "4" stupid BLUE SPATULAS. I have NOTHING blue in my house, let alone kitchen. BUT, NOT ANY MORE, now I have "4" stupid BLUE SPATULAS!... I would not buy from this seller again. Seriously, when a person is purchasing 4 of the same item, how hard is it to give even a little variety...These will be returned. Found a seller on another major on-line auction site, that has these, and you can pick the color, free shipping, should have gone there first.

Thin on the edge to flip food easily. Only one thing is that the plastic wears ...
I have a lot of spatulas, but I tend to use this one a lot. Small and slim handy size. Thin on the edge to flip food easily. Only one thing is that the plastic wears on the edges with use.

The best cooking spatula ever !
Love these spatulas and use them for pan frying, sautéing, and scrambling. Also great for lifting pieces of and cutting one layer cakes . They seem just the perfect size- a little narrower than ur avg spatula but that seems to make cooking and lifting that much easier. I have an old black one I've had for so many years and its been dishwasher and used so much it looks tired. I had no recollection of where I got my old one and then I checked Amazon for narrow spatulas and voila ! And they come in an assortment of colors ! I should have bought more for gifts and still think I may do that! I was really happy to get the new one which is identical to the old one in quality and size and feel. Often older stuff is so much better than the new these days but these are the same. One caveat, however ; try not to keep the tip of the spatula in the pan too long- it can melt a bit with high heat . My old one has such scars but is still fully functional...

If you care AT ALL--in any way whatsoever--what color you get... contact the seller!
This is a good product, and I like that it is perfectly sized and shaped to get in between and/or under items that are normally difficult to maneuver around. It is sturdy enough, cleans well, and does not mark up my Teflon pans. I ordered two of these, and would have been happy to get any color except black because my kitchen is not well lit and I already have so many black utensils that wanted them to stand out. This item in black is a completely different item and more expensive, so ordering this was a safe bet, right? I got two black spatulas! I gave one to my daughter, and she recently commented that she used it to flip burgers that were in a very hot skillet, and the spatula melted slightly. I don't think these are truly HEAT proof, but to get brownies out of the pan they are great.

Truly, My Favorite Spatula!
I was looking to replace a long, semi-flexible spatula that I received in 1983 (!) as part of a bridal shower gift. After 32 years, the nylon that connects the handle to the business portion of the spatula had begun to crack. I have looked EVERYWHERE, including kitchen stores, to find a suitable replacement to no avail. Enter an Amazon search for "long flexible spatula," and voila! My Favorite Spatula comes up in the search, and is highly rated and reasonably priced. After using it for a week, it is indeed awesome. The narrowness is perfect for getting under omelets and pancakes to flip them with no mishaps. The spatula is just flexible enough to maneuver your way around the smallest of pans (including my 3.5" egg omelet pan). They clean up easily, too. I just ordered two more ... and the seller graciously sent the colors I requested via email after placing the order. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this kitchen tool! Save yourself some time and trouble, and buy more than one!

Melted in pan on stove.
Had one for years loved it and had no issues. Bought a new one and it started melting day 1. Don’t know why.maybe they changed something in the manufacturing but either way I wasn’t happy and I am returning this one.

Not so great, cheap polymers melt in contact with cookware.
I use it more than I assumed I would on receipt since I thought the spatula blade was only 2-3" long. I intended on using it in my spoon bain at work for swinging smaller items from the flat-top. As it turns out this thing is huge, the blade itself is 5" to the crease, 6" to the handle mold; and overall is 11" long. After only a few uses, during none of which did I ever leave it sitting in a heating pan, the very tip of the spatula has started to show signs of heat trauma just like your typical grocery store 100% PLASTIC utensils.I'd doubt that this is true Nylon at all... or if it is, it must be some sort of lower class like Nylon 6 (428'F melting point) or Nylon 6/6 (509'F mp if pure) backboned with Nylon 6 as a copolymer. The cheap price of this piece suggests they'd do such a thing to keep costs low while flinging these things all over the world for profit, still able to market it as "nylon." Nylon 510 would be too expensive despite being much more structurally sound. IMHO, go with silicone if you want cooking utensils, at least that polymer is actually standardized now and even the cheap utensils don't melt in direct contact with a pan.
