I really have no complaints about the product. I just want to say I too, broke the back glass trying to remove it. I heated it up just like the instructions said. I was very careful to gently cut the adhesive and carefully pry up the cover. It is so fragile and the adhesive is so strong it seems impossible. I saw someone do it on YouTube. It may be possible. I couldn't do it. If I tried again maybe I could do it but it would take some sorcery to do it.

Not sure if I got a lemon but battery did not work. Does not charge at all. I properly removed the back glass covered and removed the adhesive on the s9+ using a heat gun.The review options is asking how the adhesiveness of the product is but the product does not have any adhesive, which I think is a good thing since the s9+ is all ready filled with it.The product did come with a suction cup and plastic tools to help remove the glass back cover.

I needed this kit to install a battery on a refurbished phone on which the battery cable had torn (the refurb folks installed a battery that was too small and it moved around until the cable tore). The battery life is not as long as the original, but it was still good, and the tools all worked fine. All things considered, this is a real value.

Update 2: Seller has fully refunded the cost of the phone. I am increasing my stars for great customer service but I would not recommend this battery.UPDATE: I am dropping my review from 4 stars to ONE. My battery capacity has drastically reduced to the point that I am considering replacing it with the original until I can find a better replacement or if the seller ever responds me for a warranty replacement-if they do respond and make good on the claimed warranty then I will increase my stars on this product and provide another update. I have attached a screenshot showing the battery is at 75% health in a little over a months time of use. This is unacceptable.My phone's battery was pretty bad, It had over 1000 cycles on it and couldn't go a day without fully charging about 3 times without heavy use. With that being said, this is vastly cheaper than buying a new phone. There are some issues to point out.1) while this comes with everything you need to replace the battery with the exception of a hair dryer, the tools provided are junk. If you have a MAGNETIC presecion screw driver, use that...the screws are small and you will lose them. The blue prying tools are made of hard plastic and do not flex, they will break when prying the battery out, my kit came with 2 and I used both.2) understand that the battery is not ment to be replaced in this phone and it is designed that way, you will break the back glass, if you care about that buy a replacement, if you use a case who cares.3) although this battery will fix your discharging issue, I don't believe it is actually a 3500mAh or at least mine isnt. I have attached some screenshots showing it's closer to 3000..I don't mind because like I said this holds a charge whereas the one before it didn't. Time will tell how many cycles I can get out of this thing, I haven't been able to get updated cycle information out of any application I've tried but I doubt it is used.The battery has a warrenty for a year and considering cell phone batteries last a year to two and this was only 20 bucks I would say it's well worth it.

I tested the suction power.. it is enough if you heated the back plate. There was one tool that helped take off the adhesive.This product comes with adhesives to put your back plate on again. That's great.It even has an extra sim remover tool in case you lost yours .It's a complete tool set. Just what I needed.The battery is protected from static. Very good. That keeps the battery true to it's new condition.

I like the fact that you get a BRAND NEW BATTERY, not a used one that is being resold. I put my battery in (I had already taken the back off before my kit came in) and installed the battery and works great. I like all of the extra tools that they give you to complete the job. The sim removal tool is a lifesaver, just make sure that you are firm but gentle when using it
