I was skeptical about these. Having the variety pack, I was not sure if i would even use all three. However, when I tried to start off with the heavy band, i just couldn’t pull it off. (I am very athletic) and even for me it was hard to even move my legs while trying to do squats, lunges....etc. Then, I switched to the medium band thinking that one would definitely be perfect. Nope, still too hard for me. It has been a minute since I’ve worked out so it could just be because my muscles have not adjusted quite yet. Finally, I switched to the light band and I had no issue. Definitely a lot of resistance still. I struggled the first couple weeks for sure. These bands are perfect. They do not slip, they do not move or break like other cheap bands I’ve had in the past. These are the best bands I have ever used. Highly recommend I know they are on the pricey side but they are well worth it. 😄

The bands themselves are great so far. I was on a hunt for bands that weren't bright colors, preferably grayscale and then I found these. I was hesitant to buy them as they were almost $50 and the rating was lower but I'm happy I did.The reason I took off a star is I didn't recieve the guides even days after delivery so I had to email the seller. I would have rated it lower for this but you get a 1 year warranty which I think is great considering the price.I was having issues contacting the seller but overall the bands are great

Best non slip resistance bands I've ever had!! Tried multiple brands and this are great, love the booty workout guides it comes with (download from their website for free) and a 6 week nutrition guide!! Great thick bands, come exactly as seen in the pictures. I got the grey, charcoal and black set. Comes with bag to store them. They look so luxurious and durable too. Works great for squats, lunges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and more. Customer service was fantastic when I asked for the webiste to download the guides, responded quickly.

Great resistance to them. Just be aware that these are made in china and most likely heavily treated with chemicals. After reading several reviews that have said they smelled really badly I expected mine to smell bad. And yep, they smelled like chemicals. Wash before using especially if you have sensitive skin.

These bands are made with good quality and very durable only thing is I got the email for the programs it comes with but it wasn’t letting me click in the link I tried reaching out but I got no answer but they are great bands

Really enjoying the bands, they have nice resistance. You do get the offered books online as a PDF (send an email to receive yours), which I don’t mind because I just downloaded it on my phone. They do have Amazing customer service for every problem I had they replied that same day and solved my issues. All in all great product and I truly love their customer service.

The bands arrived without the guide and program. However, upon emailing the seller. They were very responsive in sending the link to download those guides. I have not yet used the bands but the quality itself feels great. Will definitely purchase again.
