Thank you Subrtex, they listened to me.
Hello, I want you to know that this company Subrtex has been one of the greatest companies I have ever worked with. The item is made very well. Is very plush and comfy. I needed to call the company and talk to them about something. They were so very polite and listened to me. Some people you talk to just say ya ya and don’t listen. The company answered my question and went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed if you purchase from this company.

I like it so far
I received my package yesterday. Unfortunately, I do not have the space to let this lay out for up to 3 days to air out and spread out.I pulled the box inside upon delivery. Let me say first, this is very heavy and not easily handled by a single 74 year old woman.I got it out of the box finally(LOTS of tape to secure that box) and pulled the heavily plastic wrapped topper down the hall to my bedroom and threw it on my bed, where my new-ish mattress that is a little too firm for my fluffy body, waited for it.If you have an elderly parent, neighbor, family member, tell them you will help them with this and don't leave it up to them alone. There will be a special place in heaven for you if you do.It is wrapped/rolled in very heavy plastic, layers of it because it is rolled up and folded in half in that roll up. They give you this fancy little plastic tool with a corner razor to just slice through it all.Don't kid yourself; get your scissors.I got all the plastic off and was sweating like a trucker by the time I had the topper laid flat and the adjustable elastic straps under each corner of the box springs. It got to air out 3 hours before I put new sheets on it.I did not notice any smell that would bother me as others have mentioned. It was comfortable last night and was able to roll over easily. I did not feel hot, but then we are not in summer mode yet.I got this primarily to help with the sweats a regular memory foam topper caused; I got the 3" instead of the 4" because I did not want to be stuck just in one spot all night as a fluffier person can find herself in on a regular thick memory foam mattress topper.I was able to turn over, get out of bed, was comfortable, helped with the the firmer mattress I now have, and over the span of one night, I can say I am happy with it.It is in a cover that has zippers so you can take it off and wash it and put the topper back inside when finished. I can honestly tell you, an elephant can have an accident on that thing and I will just have the whole thing disposed of and buy a new one. Imagine trying to get the 'gel infused memory foam' out of the cover and back in it. Nice, but again, not for the faint of heart or intellectually challenged. It just ain't gonna' happen. However, I stress, it is not for the weak or those without courage and determination, to get that box into the house, to get it out of that box, get the massive amount of plastic cut away as you try to roll it out, continually cutting the plastic and unfold it from its packing, then to wrap the elastic corners under the frame.Hopefully this will be the last time I have to do this until I am resting in the arms of Jesus and my bed is a perfect cloud.

Our approval of this topper varies between 3-5 stars
So this is going to be wordy. Hopefully it helps someone. This review is for a couple - Male 41, 180lbs, Female 37, 140 lbs. We're both physically fit and do our best to eat healthy. Neither of us has an underlying health problem that interferes with sleep. She is a back sleeper that awakens extremely easy. He prefers to sleep on his back, but will on occasion snore. Side sleeping tends to shut him up. Like most Americans that sit at a desk for work, and probably spend too much time looking down at phones, we have intermittent lower back pain. At her house, the mattress is a "medium firm" Queen size called HESSTUN from a Swedish 4 letter company. The mattress was replaced in 2021 due to a dip forming in it. Then he started joining her in the bed and quickly found it too firm to allow side sleeping. Lots of shoulder pain caused him to toss and turn, which also woke her up. We both sleep great on the 15+ year old Memory Foam mattress at his house (Tempur-pedic knockoff that costed around 2k).He had the great idea to try a mattress topper on top of her "medium-firm" mattress. We started at (will Amazon let me list the competitor's name?) Costco. They list a Serenity topper for about $150 that had a 4.5 rating average with almost 5k reviews. But the only size available on the website was Cali-king. In our local stores, the only topper they stocked in Queen was some kind of 3-in-1 thing that was foam and springs. Somehow how we loved if the first 2 nights, then both hated it every day after that. It caused pain for both of us. Luckily Costco has a fantastic return policy, and accepted it despite it coming nowhere close to going back in its packaging.Next I ordered this topper from Subrtex. As I researched this, I was trying to find that perfect mix of softness for the shoulders of the side sleeper, but not so much that the back sleeper would sink down too low. 4" thickness seemed like it was the extreme end of the thickness scale and only for heavier people with severe shoulder/hip/knee pain that were side sleepers. 2" seemed like it wouldn't be enough, so we went for 3". As I sorted through all the options, I learned that not all Gel infused memory foam (the gel is believed to be better and dissipating heat - he is a VERY hot sleeper) are created equal. Someone in one of these reviews had a theory that the weight of the foam was critical. For it to be effective at forming to your body and resisting your weight, it should be between 3-5lbs. per square foot. They included a formula to convert the dimensions in inches against the weight of the topper to figure out the weight in pounds per square foot. This topper came up to a little over 3lbs.We...he carefully unboxed and unbagged the topper and allowed it to expand for a few hours before placing it on top the mattress. I suggest that if you're doing what we're doing - trying to find your best option, you snip just one side of the inner bag it comes in, along the seam. If you need to return it, Youtube has some good tips on how to get one of these back in the packaging (search How to Return or Ship a Latex Foam or Memory Foam Mattress - Ken H's video hooks you up). The weight of this topper, and the mattress, combined with how little play there is between the bed frame and mattress, means the task of changing sheets falls on him. He has to lift the mattress high enough so that it rests on the foot of the bed, "stretch" the flat sheet so that it's "on" all 4 corners, then clip on JULKAKTUS mattress straps (from the same Swedish store). In other words, it's mad heavy.Like our first topper, we were SURE this one was better for the first few nights. After those, she slept on it by herself, and woke up with terrible back pain. She slept soundly, but woke up sore. We printed a return label for this, and next bought a 2" memory foam topper that wasn't heavy (maybe like 1lb/sqft) for about half this one’s price. We talked about her back pain, and thought that perhaps by getting into bed and spending time laying on her side, before repositioning to her back when she was ready to sleep - and in the same spot (and therefore divot created by her side) the gel didn't bounce back enough to re-conform to her back sleeping shape. When he returned, she slept on her back, with no pain. But he snored. His snoring was found to be "light" per the SnoreLabs app, and total duration was only about 5mins over 6hrs of sleeping. Somehow after a week of free usage of the app, his snoring either stopped or reduced so much that it it no longer woke her up. The return slip sat on her dresser for about a week before we decided to throw it away. The 2" foam we ordered hasn't been unboxed. We're considering trying that for tent camping...In the end, this topper is comfortable for an extremely light sleeping back sleeper, and medium sleeping side sleeper. He prefers to sleep on his back, but sometimes snores. She wakes him up, he rolls on his side and quiets down. And they both wake up feeling refreshed.

Great Product
I bought this to replace an old memory foam topper 2 inch. It took me a while reading the reviews to all the different ones on Amazon as I was fed up purchasing them from the big box stores and paying a fortune. I finally bought this one Subrtex gel infused 3 inch. My hubby and I have been sleeping on this for a month now (hubby age 60 and 215 pounds and myself not much younger or lighter). I find the 3 inch is good I am a side sleeper and have a hip issue the memory foam cradles the hip and is supportive. (What I do like about this is that when laying on my side my hip does not feel the bed itself, whereas my old topper I could feel the bed where my hip is). I would say it is a firm topper and that is what makes it supportive. I am a hot sleeper and find this topper to be neutral, I do not wake up hot at all. The topper is made of good quality materials and has a good cover. My hubby said he sleeps better, feels supported and does not wake up with aches and pains. My daughter needed a topper she is age 20 (120 pounds) so I went with BedStory 3 inch. She loves her BedStory but when I tried it out it was not supportive enough for my needs.

Adds Comfort
Very comfortable. Bought for one of the beds in our camper. We also have them on our beds at home. Really adds comfort and has helped me to get better sleep.
