Poor quality and service
Don’t purchase any hob from Hindware there after sales service is really bad and the product quality is not that great . We had purchased this hob few months ago and have just used it on 4 occasions . The auto ignition was damaged and they had to send 3 technicians to check what the problem was also they then order parts which takes ages to be rectified. Go with Bosch I believe they provide quality products and better service then these guys .

Slow Flame, auto ignition stopped working within 2 days
1. Appearance wise, looks very great2. Very slow flame, usually my old stove takes10 mins of tea making time but here I have to wait for 20 mins3. within two days , auto ignition is stopped working

Not at all happy
Very slow flame I am really not happy with this product can I exchange it with other brand? I am really fed up I don't kno how to clean the nob because it is continuously giving slow flame besides I always tried a thin wire to clean it but in vain.
