It pulls your posture back slightly, if you really relax back into a, let’s say, bad posture it doesn't prevent that.You kind of have to work with it and hold good posture for it to work. It's also only comfortable if you keep the good posture, if you slump back into your bad posture it digs into your arms pits.So it kind of acts as a reminder to keep good posture and pulls you back slightly, but you've also got to actively hold the position too. Not a bad thing as I am still keeping it, having that reminder to keep my position and a slight pull is still helpful and I'm hoping it will make a difference in a near future :)

I work online, so I sit for long hours 10hrs daily, I started to have neck and back pain, I was Advised to use this corrector, I am using it for 10 days and it really relieves my pain, I used it gradually so for first day one hour then I increase one hour every day so that my back gradually adapt. I strongly recommend this

Bought one each for me and my son. Tried to wear them but after a day of use under our arms became sore and the product caused chafing.Something for the drawer I think. Will not use them again.....

Tried this being postpartum and with feeding baby. This is like a thick elastic band worn over the upper back to help support your posture. It is uncomfortable to wear and you can easily fall back into your poor posture whilst wearing it as it does not actually hold you back. It is far better investing in 10min of upper back exercises/pilated per day to improve your posture. I don't think I will be using it much, so regret the purchase. It got 2 stars as it will help to remind you to improve your posture, but not do it for you in any way.

I first read about Posture correctors in last Saturday's paper , so i reckoned that's just what i need , so i ordered my Gearrari straight away . it arrived late Sunday evening and i've been using it since then . Although its only been four days since i started wearing it , its made a great big difference to not only my posture , but its also relieved the constant ache in my right shoulder . I now walk with a lot less of a stoop . Best thing since sliced bread !

As shown in the pictures it's small and very light, it's easy to wear and integrate into your outfit.It's easy to adjust the resistance and quite effective at correcting your upper body posture and get you to open up your shoulders.It's not very effective if you keep it on for too long when doing sustained physical work, as the resistance might start working against you, e.g. become a hindrance rather than a support.However, this is a very good product, well worth the price and service.You only need to wear it for some time everyday to get your body used to a good posture, which you will consciously and consistently need to make an effort to maintain if you want to reach your goal :)

If you are getting confused like me, when someone says nice and tall, then this product will teach your muscle how to do that. It is true that your muscles will go back to the original state once you take it off, but if you at least understand what is a correct posture you could try to check yourself during the day and correct. Also if you try to strengthen your muscles, then eventually you will have a correct posture.

The picture is misleading, the guy in the picture looks far bigger than me, yet this piece of tat barely fits. It's so tiny & uncomfortable. I can just about get it on, but as soon as I move, it rides up. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect a product to be something close to what's advertised. Not worth the money at all.
