This is the REAL flavor that I was seeking in so many dishes. I purchased the "Hot" version and while awaiting delivery was concerned that perhaps the milder version might have been a better idea. The better idea would have been to order one of each, but if you like any heat at all, this isn't overwhelming. It gets rave reviews in so many dishes, including a light sprinkling on Sun Dried Tomato Hummus. The moment you lift the (somewhat difficult to raise) cap, the aroma beguiles. I find myself searching for more dishes that beg for this exquisite flavor. I'll definitely be back for more - of both strengths.

We have been using this brand of smoked paprika for three years now, and will now order no other. Robust and flavorful, much better than other smoked paprikas we have tried.

Don't use this product if you're an ex-smoker. It tastes like an ashtray but I've been craving a cigarette since I had a shrimp with smoked paprika dish that was made with this product at a party. Another ex-smoker at the party agreed with me about the strong and distinct taste of tobacco.
