Good product but not long lasting

The product is faulty.
The product was working well but just three days back it began to malfunction. The kettle button has some error. Please give me a replacement as I am not satisfied with the product.The wire is also so short and I have to keep a log underneath it.

At least one mtr. cord length necessary.It is too sharp due to thickness of metal and quality. Necessary to alert always, while cleaning inside of the Pot.To use Ok.

Can't be trusted to work long
I found the kettle good as it was efficient in heating water very soon. But after three months it becomes out of order. It doesn't work now.

Less reliable product , need exchange , base coil is bending from the very first day need exchange
This might be good product , but my product delivered is faulty , it gets bend the coil of the base . Not very happy also I don’t see option of exchange it , overall seems very less reliable product , not very long lastingI’m prime customer , request Amazon to replace this and contact me
