Manufacturing defect - purchased two, same for both. This is actually a WONDERFUL bag - with a serious flaw: They failed to add a zipper stop at the bottom of the main zipper, so after it is zipped closed, the zipper comes undone from the bottom up. So disappointed, because I liked the bag so much. I am returning one, but the second one, I bought for someone who is homeless and he is attempting to use as is, but is having same exact problem. I am hoping that the seller can fix this issue in the manufacturing process, because I would then love to have this bag - and would like a replacement for the one I have as a gift, also.

I bought this bag before for my trip to Europe and hadn't used it up until the day I left. I departed on March 23rd and planned to return April 11th, and during that time I used it for normal touristy things one might expect a tourist to do while walking a lot and visiting different sites.About halfway through the trite main pocket zipper started to give me trouble by separating below the zipper runner, forcing me to have to work the zipper back down to the bottom to begin a clean zip again. At first it stayed fixed for a fair bit after being righted, but it became progressively worse over continued use and further malfunctions. Now, as I sit in the Frankfurt airport waiting for my flight the bag refuses to stay zipped up so I'll have to cradle or shift its contents as I board the plane.My mate bought this and likes it, and he uses it regularly for more active applications so I was assuming that mine must have a malfunctioning zipper mechanism. I had planned on returning it to Amazon with the intent of trading it in for another to give it a second try, but apparently the return window had closed on April 1st. I had received it on March 2nd, but never even opened it until I was about to fly out. From then it lasted about 2 weeks before giving out :'(I really like the overall design though.

Purchased and used for my trip across Rajasthan, India. The perfect size for a day trip or short hike. Sturdy straps, zippers and pockets, very well made bag. My only complaint is that the cell-phone pouch sits too high on the shoulder and the velcro isn't super strong. I stopped carrying my phone in that pocket when it fell out and landed behind me. This bag is ideal for a shorter or smaller person and not really adjustable for a long or very wide torso. I'm short (5'1") and a "D" cup, and it worked well for me, but I imagine it would be uncomfortable for someone who is tall or very wide in the chest/torso.

It looks great, it a decent size for some light traveling or being a tourist for a day, but that zipper.I bought this bag knowing full well that it had issues, namely the zipper. I went and bought it anyway because I'm a sucker for pockets.Only three uses in and the main bag popped open. It was held by the zipper itself. Thankfully, I wasn't out with it when it broke.I was able to return it just before the cut off date and was given a full refund within 3 days and no hassle.As much as I really like the way this bag looks and how useful it could be, I would not recomend it. It is simply unreliable. You wouldn't want it to suddenly open on a crowded street and drop your expensive camera or tablet, would you?On a side note: the strap was mildly uncomfortable. For me, it wasn't angled properly so one side of the strap jabbed into my shoulder. I doubt this is a problem for everyone, but it may be for some, so take it into consideration.

Ok now after 5 months of using the zipper wont even work won't zipper up and down i actually thought it was perfect up till the zipper broke and u know on a jacket when u break it and zipper and it won't seal well yea that's this bag and i even got it fuxed well for one day than broke again I don't even put much in there just some chargers and a water bottle I really do love this bag but come on people this zipper is the worst Ive ever seen in my life please if u buy which u might please realize and all that the zipper will brake don't bother fixing get a different bag

I have this bag in two different colors now. I originally purchased my olive green one on another online retailer for a bit less. But they only had that color. I love this coffee color a lot. The color in the photo is very representative of real life. I have had my olive one for 3 years now and there is not a loose stitch on it anywhere. It is truly made of durable canvas and leather materials. If this were made in the US it would cost at least $75. Everything on this bag is durable and that is my favorite feature of it. I use it daily, and it is LOADED with crap, lol. The strap adjust-ability is great, this could fit a wide range of body styles. Go ahead and grab this bag you wont regret it. Love this bag! Bought it for travel and now I use it instead of my purse. Easy to access, at a first I thought the second small opening for the main compartment was redundant but it is perfect to toss something in quickly with little fuss, or to find something while stowed under the seat in front of you on an airplane. Just big enough for my IPad, magazine, or coloring book. Pouch for keys, another for cell phone. Business cards fit perfectly in the small pouch. Love the security of the cross body design, I also sling it over one shoulder comfortably.It is a great casual day to day bag. Holds small purchases, can use a small pouch for change, easier to get to. Cell phone is secure in the front pouch even if the bag gets dropped.
