This Sannou kids tablet is perfect for my 6 year old daughter. The setup was easy, just enter Wifi info and then Google account and was ready to install any additional games or apps such as YouTube Kids, etc.from PlayStore. Youtube Kids played perfectly with no lagging video quality. I love the rubber silicone case that comes included for free! The battery life has not been an issue thus so far.The display quality is perfect and sound is ok and loud enough. This tablet for a toddler is a no brainier!

My kids love their tablets. Is their first tablet and is easy for them to handle it. The image is great, the fact that we have access to play store is amazing.It comes with some kids app but we have bern able to download more apps because it has access to Play store.They are using it for school right now and I believe is just perfect for it.Doesn't have to much memory however you could insert a memory card.

Bought this tablet for my granddaughter. Started right up out of the box. Works great and isn't slow at loading at all. Some of the apps that come with the tablet you can uninstall if you do not like them; but others you cannot. You can only stop them from running. Which is a disappointment. And the screen is really reflective so in certain lighting you see glare and reflections while on it. But that is the only downfall of this in my opinion. Otherwise am pleased with this purchase and would buy again.UPDATE: This tablet was still working great 9 months later until my granddaughter cracked the screen. Since it was still under warranty I contacted SANNUO customer service. Very positive experience! GREAT customer service and quick responses!! Will definitely buy this tablet again. Very happy with this company. 🙂

Poooooor quality!!!!!DONT BUY!!!This is the worse product I’ve ever bought from Amazon. I bought this for my 7 months old who love to watch Dave and Eva. She can not even play or do anything with this iPad but just to watch cartoons on it. The back holder broke some few weeks after using it. I was very hesitant to keep it despite the return date.2. The screen touch stopped working properly. I have to keep turning it upside down before I can even click on it.3. Just today, early this morning I can see some weird Chinese written on the screen of the iPad.My husband was able to clear it up after clearing the screen. The screen touch has completely stop working.Now I don’t even know if I have to put it in the trash. I bought this just two months ago due to the reviews. Such a waste of money.I wish I can rate it 0 start.

This order was to replace a previously bought one that stopped working just 2 months after we got it. Company asked for us to buy a replacement and they would refund the money after we received it. When we received the new tablet Netflix did not work. I emailed the company to let them know and they fixed it right away by sending me a link to download a different version. We did get our refund via Paypal after all was good with the new tablet. Over all a good customer experience.

My daughter loves this tablet. This is her 4th one in a VERY short time. One had issues with the charging port, one the screen shattered when she accidentally barely leaned on it, this one the inside of the screen inked out and spread from falling a short distance off of the couch. This product is advertised to have a SHOCK PROOF. Not shock proof in the least! If the case was held up to it's standards the screen wouldn't have done this. It fell on its corner. The screen did not crack and actually was perfectly fine for about an hour after it fell and she continued to play on it. It ended up dying, so I put it on the charger in my bedroom on the night stand. When I took it off what you see pictured above happened and I watched the ink spread underneath the screen.The looks of this tablet is very nice and the screen is nice and big and like I said my daughter loves this tablet more then other ones she has previously had, however the screen quality is made very poorly. They should be more suitable for children because well...drops and accidents happen. Maybe a better and more reliable shock proof and shatter proof case would help and a stronger screen.Honestly, I will probably buy another one of these tablets for her because she loves the size of it and there aren't any ones that compare to it on Amazon. However, please try to make these stronger for kids! And come out with a better stronger case to protect this very fragile tablet.DONT BUY WITHOUT THE WARRANTY! You've been warned! No matter how careful you or your child is..one little drop, you will be wishing you got the warranty.

Extremely impressed, it’s packaged so well and it’s so big it looks like an iPad. My daughter loves it and it keeps her very occupied. I also love the google duo feature she is able to video chat her dad. This product is amazing and a very great gift for the holiday. My daughter tablet got messed up some how and they were great with sending a replacement with the warranty love their customer service

This product was quite a let down. Its quality is quite great! Except it just broke down! I bought 2 of them and the 2nd one stopped charging within 2 hours of use. I ordered a replacement and was assisted swiftly. The replacement arrived and worked well. But then the 1st one stopped working. It fell from a 0,5meters height and it went completely dead! We used it for only 2 weeks by then. We tried taking it for repairs unsuccessfully. So, great product with horrible lifespan. I'm so disappointed! 😩 I should have bought my kids a different gift. All the money and efforts to get a product that we won't even use much!
