I actually use these at my desk so I can be hands-free when on my cell phone. They sound great and are very comfortable in the ear.

I've purchased several pairs of these things. At first, I thought that perhaps I had gotten a bad set and that it was an isolated incident. Now I've come to realize that every pair of these earphones have been defective in some way. Some sets have issues where there is a "voice echo" during phone calls. Others have scratchy or muddy sound which I've discovered is likely due to a short or a poor connection point at the 3.5mm jack. I can understand the jack wearing out with extended use over time. Occasionally, they get bent too far or crushed and this might cause an issue with the connection and result in poor sound quality. However, that is not the case here. Two of these sets had problems with the jack right out of the package. Based on my experience, these things are junk and not worth the frustration. I won't be purchasing again.
