We didn’t use our HP xp 300 for 2.5 years and bought new ink cartridges for 50$. Had no idea that printheads get blocked. Ours was so bad that I had to squirt the warm solution on top of the heads first because I couldn’t force the fluid through with the syringe. This loosened up the clog and was than able to push the fluid through each print head. The directions have good photos, are in color, and are easy to follow. This was a last resort because the printers that accept the epson 200 ink cartridges are no longer available (besides one model for 250$). This cleaning kit saved us from wasting 50$ on the new ink cartridges and spending 60-70$ on a new printer. Every print head was completely blocked and now the printer works like new. Just follow the directions.

I purchased this cleaning kit to try and restore a printer to operational status in hopes of giving it to needy children in Mexico. The kit is complete and does an extremely efficient job of cleaning dried printer cartridges. It effectively cleaned all the cartridges except the black one on the first attempt. Sadly the printer was beyond repair when I received it. The Company was more than helpful to me and willing to provide a complete refund to me. I declined the refund knowing that it was not the fault of the kit, but a printer that should have been discarded. I would definitely purchase the cleaning kit again from this Company, knowing that they stand behind their product

Our Epson WF-3640 hadn't been used in 1-2 years. Its printhead/nozzle had completely dried up and gotten clogged to the point that nothing would print.What sets this solution apart is the support and commitment by the seller coYlBodInk - when I reached out for advice, they emailed back within a few hours, explaining what could be the cause, what else I can to try, and to "contact them again when you try all these but nothing works." Sounded like they were inkjet printer gurus.I learned that Printer's cleaning function uses up lots of ink, air could be trapped, etc., way more than I needed to know about inkjet printers.Perseverance paid off, and the printer prints as good as new, saving me $360 the price of a new Epson printer.

Followed the instructions and finally got a working printer again! Worked brilliantly for my little Epson XP-330 printer. I do believe one of the oft skipped steps is to warm the cleaning solution prior to use. Don't use a microwave. Simply heat up some water in a small saucepan using your stove, remove from heat, then place the entire bottle of cleaner into the water. (Don't let it boil as boiling water will warp the plastic container). Let sit for a couple of minutes, then use the cleaning solution as instructed. Warming of the solution seems to make a big difference in the success of this product.

After trying to clean the heads with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and not being successful, my last effort was to go for a real Print Head cleaner. The first thing that dawned on me was that I didn't heat up the alcohol which may have made it more effective. Regardless, now I had the "real stuff" and this would either work or a new printer was in the cards.I cleaned all ink inlets and repeated the cleaning process twice and waited until the next day to test. The results of the nozzle test were not very good for the black. So I repeated the cleaning process again for the black and noticed the blotter paper really didn't have that much black. so clean the rest of the inlets again. I actually used about 2 ml of cleaner several times.I got somewhat tired of repeating the process and let the printer dry out for a couple of day before I inserted the cartridges. Instead of using the software maintenance menu, I used the printer menu to do the "clean" cycle, as the software wasn't showing any black at all on the nozzle check, and got a pretty good pattern and so did a "print test page" and it was acceptable but not perfect. I did another "clean" cycle and "print test page" with about the same results. This is about as good as it's going to get, so I'm satisfied for now.When you order the cleaner, you don't have to order blotter paper which I did. You can use paper towel layers which is what I did when I did the alcohol clean. I'm not positive, but I'm thinking that if the inlets are not completely dry, it will not give an accurate indication on the nozzle check and "cleaning" cycle may not do its job.

My print quality of my Epson WF-7720 slowly go worse and worse until it totally stopped printing altogether. I was getting ready to buy a new printer. As a last gasp of hope I bought the printhead cleaner. I used 4ml of the CoYlBod printhead cleaner in each printhead, left it there for an hour and then repeated the process. Now all nozzles on all 4 printheads are working perfectly. This used less than half the bottle of printhead cleaner.

My Epson WF-2530 printer stopped printing black. I ran many print head cleanings and nozzle checks with no improvement. I was researching new printers to buy and stumbled across this product. For the price I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try it. I followed the directions exactly and it worked! After letting the cleaning solution sit for an hour in the black ink nozzle I ran two print head cleanings and still was unable to print black. The troubleshooting page in the directions suggested suctioning out any possiblecleaning fluid remaining in the nozzle. Once the excess solution was extracted I ran two more head cleanings and voila the print quality is excellent. This product worked way beyond my expectations and I am so happy that I don’t have to buy a new printer!!

cleaned everything and printer is working again. Good instructions, but depending on level of "whatever was stuck", it needed two iterations. Package contains plenty of fluid and it was no problem. After two hours (of injecting and then waiting, then repeating), printer works like a charm.
