For the price of the hat ($42!), it is such poor quality. Trust the other reviews that say it arrives crushed and is not made of straw. I tried to steam the hat to reshape it but it didn't work. For the price of the item you'd imagine the sellers would have shipped the hat in its own box or gotten better materials for it.

This was a very stylish hat on the site. I really liked it but upset when it arrived in a bag and not in a box or stuffed to help Keep the shape. Especially for the price. It was I a bag with a pair of shoes. I think you need to refund my 42.00 dollars.

The item arrived way before the date that I was given (yes!) and it is exactly as pictured.I do have one minor complaint. For a $42 dollar hat, I feel that the hat should have arrived in a box and not an air filled plastic bag in an envelope. It was a little bent but I will work it out. I thought about returning the hat but it is so darn cute so I am keeping it. Otherwise it definitely deserves the 5 stars.

This is NOT sinamay it's plastic. It came absolutely smashed, folded, & flattened in a plastic bag & shoved into a box too small for it. Suppose the only good bit about it being plastic is that I was able to take a pro hair dyer to it and kind of bend it back to shape. it's definitely not ideal. The 'ribbons' are still kinked & the middle part is bumpy. If I didn't need it in a day it'd be going right back!

I purchased this hat twice. The first one was crushed when it was delivered. The box it came in was fine, but the hat was crushed. So I ordered a second one, same problem. I ended up steaming the hat to try to shape it myself, and it looked ok enough for the event I needed it for. But still, I shouldn't have to reshape the hat to get it to work.

This hat is extremely well-made. The headband sits comfortably, and is stitched to the inside so the hat won’t flop around all day. My only complaint is that it arrived a bit bent, but I should be able to smooth out the creases. Very please do

I love this fascinator hat. It is well made, simply elegant and a perfect size - not over the top and not timid! It creates a bold and confident look for me. I am very happy with this hat and will be ordering one in red as well!

What I got is absolutely not what was pictured. It's like plastic and rolled up and shipped in a bag. I am not a millinery I can't make this look like the hat pictured.
