Telescopic part doesn't really stay put
So I REALLY wanted to enjoy this straw. I've been using a metal straw but sometimes it's too big to keep in my purse. I wanted something collapsible, but the plastic or rubber straws really gross me out (they're super bacteria collecting). When I found the telescopic straw I thought this was the answer to all my problems. The downside is that it doesn't lock into place when the straw is extended. So when you put it in a drink cup the thing just collapses again. I could flip the straw but then the rubber part (where your mouth is supposed to go) would go into the drink. Yes, I know that's removable, but it would be nice to have a rubber mouthpiece for the smaller side. Really good design and idea, but it's not all that practical since I can't rely on the straw to say opened up.

This is a good quality reusable straw that will last.
I brought the resuable collapsible straw for my friends daughter and she absolutely loves it. The quality is Perfect and worth the purchase. She has not stop using it since she got it. I definitely would recommend this straight to everybody and it helps save the turtles.

Make sure you clean it.
I loved that I could travel anywhere with it and use it with any drink.

It’s great on the go. I washed it immediately after I use it but if I don’t dry it well, it smells the next time I use it.

Work well, but difficult to maintain
We liked them at first, but if any moisture is left on the straw when it’s put back into the container it will get moldy very quickly. The containers are air tight!
