I can't believe I waited so long to buy 1 of these.
I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these. Nice price. Easy to install. Dual valves for rear end or female wash. I have to say its really great! Very easy install and operation. Seat comes with plastic anchors similar to a wall anchor that you put a screw into and it expands locking the screw into place. Well me toilet has an imperfection on 1 side where the anchor wouldn't lock into place. Luckily Saniwise includes thumbs screws as well so I had everything that I needed. I probably could have done the plumbing with no tools since these are all NPT fittings with gaskets, but the toilet side connection I felt needed another 1/4 turn or so, so I used a wrench. 1 thing I found out about the valve to turn on the bidet seat is, if you turn the valve 90 degrees, it pushed the nozzle out and washes your rear. Once done, you can turn it back to 0 then once retracted turn back on at 45 degrees and the nozzle stays retracted into its housing but water will come out and it rinses the nozzle itself off. I didn't read the directions so I don't know if that is meant to be a function or it just happens to work that way. I have 2 though and they both do it, so guessing it's a purposeful function. Since the wash valve and parts are in the seat, it takes up some of the open area of the bowl which at first I didn't like because when I would sit down, I'd be too far back and have to readjust. But they made the back part slope up a bit so its easier to land in the right spot. Now, I'm more used to the smaller opening and I actually like that sloped up back part of the seat. I have a bad back and a toilet seat always put me in this awkward position that would irritate my back, but the sloped part puts me at a better angle I guess. Anyways just better. I used much less toilet paper and just feel cleaner. Can't beat the price. 1 thing that didn't make much sense though...this thing has 2 valves, a rear end wash and a female wash. You would think you would turn the valve to the rear for "rear" wash and forward for female "front" wash, but its backwards from that. The picture of a female and direction valve should be turned is to the rear. This kind of irks me a bit but thats just me being a little OCD. Anyways sorry to ramble on...just go buy 1 of these. I have 2 and may be getting a 3rd for my camper soon.

Super clean and less TP
The toilet paper shortage due to Covid led me to buy this bidet. It was kind of an excuse because I have thought about buying one before. I was very impressed with the toilet seat. It honestly cleans a lot better down there, and I feel cleaner. I’m also using far less TP. I’m honestly very impressed with this thing and it really was a moment for me where I thought why haven’t I got one of these long before. The installation was easy. The only thing difficult was that I cross threaded the pipe fixtures. Easy to do with the plastic pipes. I had a leak at first and once I fixed it, it worked perfectly. It also says only to hand tighten but I did have to use a wrench lightly to stop some leaks. It’s not perfect but for the price it is well worth it so I gave it 5 stars. Highly recommend this to anyone.

The Saniwise Toliet
The Saniwise toliet , let me tell you this thing is pretty . But its not just pretty this thing was probably the easiest plumbing I have had to ever do . I think it took me up to 10 minutes and I have had nothing but bad experiences with plumbing AKA water everywhere. It is very sleek and nicer looking than the toliet seat I had . So far its amazing ,it sits comfortably on top of my toliets and has nice variable pressure . This is my second time trying a bidet and its a lot better . The first one not to get to personal but the knob didn't do very much it was either jet propulsion or nothing.Overall packaging was super easy , easy install and overall satisfaction .if you looking for a reason to buy one do it you won't regret it .The only con is now I have to use regular toliet seats whever I go .

It does the job
I will talk about the seat and functioning of it before I get into the troubles with installing. The seat portion of if is very narrow and doesn't cover the entirety of the porcelain toilet. It is a bit uncomfortable. I had a thick wooden seat on their beforehand so this skinny lightweight plastic worries me how it will hold up. We do have heavy set people in the house. The only thing I HATE about the seat is that it is not flush. It is very high in the back where the bidet is tucked away but as the seat elongates out it is very skinny at the front of the toilet. I wish the toilet seat was the same thickness and was level from front to back. This is the 1st bidet in the family. The controls are in a decent location and easy to use. I guess when it comes to getting the job done you just have to roam about to make sure you hit the mark lol. Ok the install was a nightmare not due to the instructions or the product. I am not new to light weight plumbing jobs. I thought this would take me about 10 minutes to do. Was I mistaken. I couldn't disconnect the water line to the toilet. Some thing some where was stripped. Me being a very impatient woman with 6 inches of workspace between the wall and back of the toilet. I ripped the line out from the bottom of the tank and broke the pump/filler in half scraping up my arm up in the process to be able to unscrew it. It was a bold choice that cost 15 bucks and a trip to the hardware store. I wish the company provided a cheap one time use wrench of the correct size and plumber's tape. I could not find a wrench and was having to use pliers to try to tighten the water line hose that was provided from the T connector pipe. I thought it was very thin and was going to break it with one wrong slip of the pliers. I couldn't get it tight enough it was still leaking. I took it off and was able to find a very large adjustable wrench that wasn't any less cumbersome to use but that and the plumber's tape was able to get a good connection without any more leaks. My advice to anyone installing the seat even if you aren't cramped in the corner of the bathroom with mere inches to try to be connecting pipes..... locate a wrench of the correct size and get some plumber's tape to use on all the connections to provide extra grip and no leakage. This should have taken 10 to 15 mins at most to install. But being ill prepared and hot headed end up taking 2 hours. I will over look the design flaw of the slopping forward seat and hope it stays sturdy despite it feeling pretty lightweight. With a little getting use to I know I am going to be so happy I invested into better hygiene and less toilet paper waste.
