Worth the money - great quality
Very pleased with the quality of these balloons. All we were received in good condition. Those which had confetti inside were even sealed with rubber bands so nothing falls out.The quality and color of the balloons are consistent with the description. The only "negative" is that you will need to use your own curling ribbon as there really isnt enough provided for all balloons.Also, the ring balloon does not stay afloat as it's too small to accommodate the amount of helium needed to hold up the weight. Otherwise, very pleased with this product.
