Great product
This is my first time using sour starch I heard about it while viewing a video on vegan cooking and the person said it could be used instead of cheese so I decided to order it. I am not sorry. I made vegan cheese with it and my husband loves it. A bit more trial and error is needed until I get it exactly where I want it but I am extremely satiafied with this product.The packaging however was very very messy.
