OcuFresh Eye Wash  contains a flexible cup that does not leak if one presses it against the eye orbit like one is inserting a monocle eye piece. The trick is to 1) tilt your head down over the filled cup, 2) relax the eye area, 3) place the cup rather firmly against the lid area, then 4)squint around the cup so that the surrounding skin "grips it" before you 5) tilt your head back. For me, it is this gripping that produces a suction that prevents most if not all leaking. When you have done it correctly, after you have washed your eye, you can feel the resistance (due to very light suction you have created) when you pull the cup away from your skin.According to the reviews for the  Flents Plastic Eye Wash Cup , the Flents eye cup is not flexible like this one. The Optics Laboratory eye cup has just the right amount of flex. The soft material it is made of makes it pretty much unbreakable, although that could occur if you dropped it and stepped hard right on it. I don't think dropping it by itself would ever break or crack this product. Another reason to buy it along with the soothing eye wash included.I also like that if your are anywhere where some irritating debri or particle happens to get into your eye, you can carry this eye cup and a vial of the eye wash and take care of it right away.

This is the best eye wash I have ever used. It is PRESERVATIVE free which makes it great for sensitive eyes. It comes in singe vials. It washes away irritants and helps with burning, itchy eyes. Real soothing and gentle on the eyes. I use it every night. I use an empty eye drop bottle and empty one of the vial into it.

This is a great eye wash, it is gentle on the eye, too bad it doesn't come in smaller sizes. I don't always use the whole eye wash and I end up throwing the rest out shortly.

This is excellent stuff.. Does mot bother when cleaning your eyes. Wow if you have something in your eyes the rolling of the eyes will help you clean it out . enjoy your good feeling eyes.
