Sleek baffle that does the job.
I've got a Squirrel Buster Standard Bird Feeder and this metal baffle covers it perfectly, keeping the food in the feeder dry. The other factor I appreciate is how thin it is. I wasn't sure about the color, but it's totally fine.

THIS ONE WORKS!!!!!
I just installed this item yesterday, and wow! First, the hummingbirds and woodpeckers are not disturbed by it at all and it hangs high enough above the feeder so as not to hamper my view of the birds. Second, today was what I was waiting for; my husband and I just watched a squirrel try, and try, and try again to defeat this device to get to my feeder. He tried every angle, every idea in his squirrel bag of tricks only to finally end up falling 14' to the ground (no, he wasn't hurt) in defeat. It was actually entertaining to watch, knowing he wouldn't be harmed, just frustrated. I live in highly-wooded NW NJ, which is black bear country, so in the late spring and summer I change from seed feeder to nectar feeder so as not to attract the bears. The feeder is hanging high up in an oak tree from a branch too small to support the weight of a bear, which is also where I hang my seed feeder in the fall and winter. That feeder is squirrel-proof and I even put out squirrel food in winter, once the bears are denning, but I will still keep this baffle over my feeder to protect the seed there from rain and snow. This is a GREAT buy and very worth it. I highly recommend this product for any hanging feeders pestered by squirrels. It truly WORKS!!!

the squirrels ask "What happened?"
Our birdfeeder is suspended by a link chain 8 feet off the branch. The squirrels finally figured out how to shimmy down the chain, flip past the red hummingbird dome and gorge on the birdseed. We had ENOUGH!!! I found this baffle and figured we could try this. It arrived promptly, was easy to assemble and easy to hang. It's built like a tank. The squirrels studied the new fixture--you could almost hear their gears churning trying to figure out a way around it. Down the chain, on to the baffle, look over the edge, hesitate, reach for the feeder and off they go, doing a somersault to land on their feet. It's been great fun and a good amount of satisfaction too, seeing them failing to raid the feeder. When they do their nose dive off the feeder, the baffle tips under their weight but due to the way the hardware is configured, the feeder doesn't tip and spill seed. Great engineering!!! The birds have their feed, the squirrels get the castoffs from the birds on the ground and we are happy. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

Win your battle with squirrels
Man oh man those fuzzy grey guys are persistent. I put large PVC pipes on my wire (I have a cable strung across my backyard with rope lights on it). It kept most squirrels out since they can't get traction, but one of those suckers figured out how to crawl over the pipe on his belly using his tail for counterbalance. I have video - that tail switches all around and he makes it to the other side to feast on my hanging feeder!Enter the baffle. I put that up and the same squirrel made it back across only to find himself on the top not able to get under. Eventually he tips off the side and back to the ground. I've watched this guy climb around the trees and out onto the ground staring up at the feeder wondering how he can get his greedy face in that thing. He's since just given up and I have fat happy birds eating unmolested.

Extra large, easy to install, squirrel proof baffle!
So far, so good! Squirrels have yet to figure out how to get around this one. My baffle and bird feeder are hanging off of a 6 foot chain on a very large Jacaranda tree in my front yard. Two seasons ago I had purchased a baffle at Lowe’s but this season they somehow figured out how to get around it and in doing so broke the hook that was not welded sufficiently to the actual disc. This baffle is heavy duty, much bigger than any other I’ve ever seen and extremely well made. It also looks good. I’m impressed and would absolutely recommend. Not sure that it can be modified for a pole but certainly works well for a hanging feeder on a chain. Easy instructions on how to assemble come with it. I would absolutely buy again.

The assembled diameter is 17" not 21.25 as described
The 21.25" diameter is the size when shipped flat. When assembled it is reduced to 17"The reason that I bought this one was because I hoped that it was biggerIt was not

Best squirrel guard EVER!
We have pesky squirrels at our wood pecker feeder, which hangs from a rope off of a tree branch, ALL THE TIME and have tried several guards to keep them out. They have figured out how to get around or break all of them. This one, however, is metal, stable and large - they can't get around it. I have even seen them laying on top of it! If you have squirrels eating all your bird seed this baffle is for you!

Squirrel Baffle THAT WORKS!
This baffle has a nice wide diameter and it's fun to watch the squirrels try to jump to the feeder. I would recommend this brand of baffle to anyone needing to really keep the squirrels off. Granted, if they can jump to the feeder, they will. I have had to move one feeder a few times to get the right spot and height.

Article neuf USAGÉ !!!
J’ai commandé un article neuf. On m’a livré un article usagé. Le fil des crochets était endommagé. Très très difficile à assembler dans cet état.
