Purchased this for my husband we are both in the medical field - both over 50 - we reviewed the ingredients list prior to ordering this Multi Vitamin and decided to give this company a try.Iron free is great because not only does he not need it, iron messes his stomach up and this has not done that at all.My husband is a 'health fanatic' and eats very well, exercises and takes care of his body. We appreciated the antioxidants, male support and Immune blend in this particular brand.His stomach has digested these quite well and he feels great so far.We will repeat this purchase when we are out.

It was a good choice I thought until I started displaying symptoms of manganism. Then I looked at the label and it supplies 100% daily value of manganese. :|Not a very wise choice to take this too often at all.

I bought another item from this company so decided while losing weight to add a little more to my diet to make sure i can put in my regular 12-14 hour days on the ranch.So far so good!
