Acer Genuine Iconia A500 Tablet Battery BAT1010 BT.00203.002

The battery arrived quickly and was easy to replace. My tablet is working like new.

Amazon pulled my first review saying that I hadn't tried it but it looked ok and would update my review.Well, here is the update. This battery is a pullout or some other kind of junk. I wanted a battery for when mine died. I started only getting about 5 hours out of my OEM battery so I installed this one. (Pain in the ***) I let it fully charge for over 36 hours. When I got back to it the battery showed 100%. It only ran about an hour and 15 minutes until the Acer shutdown due to excessively low battery. I let it charge for over 24 hours the 2nd time. Once again it only ran an hour and 15 minutes. I pulled this junk and put the OEM back in and it charged to 100% in the usual 4 hours and now it runs better at 6 hours the first time after reinstalling and 6.5 the second time.I cannot recommend this replacement battery.

Replaced original battery in old Acer Iconia A500. Looking at the markings appears to be genuine battery (the same model number etc). After replacing charged for couple hours and seems to be working fine so far.

Have had this tablet since it first came out and still love it. The original battery was starting to lose it's juice so ordered a replacement. This is holding a much longer charge and changing the battery was easy. Just go to search for video on changing the battery in the Acer Iconia A500 Tablet and there are several videos that show you how to do it step by step. Very easy.

Dont know if it works the blasted Acer Iconia A500 tab died, now need to replace it, Oh well ya never know.

Didn't solve the problem exact match though.

Was getting flashing orange light. Yurts out this was not the issue but glad I did. Compared to my old battery this one is so much better. I can watch several movies and still play my games without charging until I get home.
