Maille Bearnaise Sauce (200g)

This is truly good. Gave it to two bearnaise lovers who couldn’t get enough of it Far outranks the competition. Fine food has been my profession for 30 years, and I speak from experience, this is a first class sauce,.

I am always hesitant to comment on food quality since personal choice can vary so much, but i found this version closely matched what I had remembered from tasting it in France, where I presume it originated. It is easily accessed with a spoon and so far it has not deteriorated from its time stored in my refrigerator.

Didn’t like it at all. Tasted off.

My only complaint about this bearnaise is that is has touch too much mustard in it. But is very good on steaks or burgers.

Too sweet. I love bernaise sauce butdont have time to make on my own. Easy to heat up for steaks off the grill. Was a quality product but had a sweet flavor which doesnt belong in betnaise sauce.

Tastes like vinegar and mayonnaise.

The Béarnaise is very good. I will buy again. Tip: do not overheat or it will separate.
