Osaki OS-4000 Massage Chair Zero Gravity Computer Body Scan, Auto Height Adjustment, and Wireless Remote

Love the product, didn’t love that it arrived at my front door in two huge boxes strapped to a pallet unassembled, and I had to lift and assemble it with my very bad back screaming at me the whole time. Easy enough to figure out how to put together, but very hard to get my fingers into the tiny spaces to connect various lines........eventually had to take off chair back, after putting it on, and connect lines first (opposite of instructions) before securing chair back. Also the delivery company showed up with a huge truck that couldn’t make it up my narrow country-driveway, and had to redeliver it. Once assembled it’s better than my old chair.

I get decent results from this chair, it has many presets and custom settings using air and mechanical features. It has a heated back function whichnis nice too. I'm 6'2" over 200lbs and the chair is a bit small for me. Other family and friends think it's awesome!!

Love this chair, it helps my neuropathy pain. I use it several times a day, and when my legs and feet burn the relaxing is amazing. Worth every dollar. The only complaint is the control on the arm is loose, pushing the buttons it moves to much.

This massage chair has been the best present my wife and I have purchased for each other! I have fibro, RA, osteoarthritis, and a list of other things that make the Osaki massage chair's Healthcare program the best option. I love being able to use this every day to get a massage and now my entire family does too, lol.

The picture is corrosion on the right wing attach point. The chair did not have any internal cushioning to protect the inner working parts on arrival. The rep tells me “we do not sell refurbished chairs and this must be a manufacturer defect.” The right wing also has a one inch tear above the corroded attach point and point is bent so the screw attach would not feed on several attempt. I am 60% disabled so carting this chair from the pallet to the living room was an excruciating experience. Now they tell me it is easy return and replacement, so I have to cart this back out to the drive for freight pickup and when the new chair arrives I have to cart it into the house from the pallet again. What a bargain.

We have been competing to get into this chair since it got here earlier this week. It took an hour to cut open the box and assemble it. The bolting of the sides was the only frustration.Hours of enjoyment and feeling good. Worth it!

The chair uses air for mosr of the massage. It only has rollers in the back and the lumbar. The roller dont reach the neck, where I need it the most. No rollers in the feet, which would be great. My friend had gotten the same chair and I thought i was getting the same thing. Her chair does have rollers on the feet and up through the neck. This is why I purchased this chair, but after going through the hastle of putting it together, I didnt want to take it apart to try and send back. But I really should have, not too happy with what I got.
