The quality of this product is just amazing. The flavour, texture and aroma is perfect. Previously, I have ordered/bought other dessicated coconut powder too and was skeptical abt this, as sometimes, you do come across compromised products with regards to the freshness n taste. Some even taste, just like the extracted plain waste coconut powder. Fortunately, till date, this has been the best. Placed an order for the 2nd time. Hoping and expecting the quality to be maintained this time too.

I bought these as a substitute for the real thing.. No coconut substitute can match the real flavour, aroma and taste of fresh coconut; it's been a reasonably good substitute.I use it in masalas, chutneys, side dishes... And it's been good, tasted good. I wish it had been priced a little less. But I won't hesitate to recommend this as a substitute for fresh coconut scrapings at a pinch.

I have tried other coconut powders but, this is the one which gave me the real taste as they promise. I love the taste and it is way too easy to cook. One more thing is, as they promise 100% natural. When I tried the other coconut powders I could clearly feel the taste of flavours but, this Maharaja one gave me the true taste of pure coconut. I am really pleased with this product. The package was also exceptional. Thank you so much for for getting me the natural taste of pure Kerala coconut, it is hard to find the same taste here in Delhi.

Excellent product if it is organic free of all chemicals...then worth the price.

Good Product

It is much finer that other desiccated coconut powder I get. I used to get an organic one that cost more than double this. So I am not even complaining about the price.Generally Coconuts won't have pesticides. So I am not bothered about the fact is is not organic.Now I have to try to make milk out of it. But I am pretty sure.I was just having a little itchy throat. I had a spoon of this coconut powder and felt better because it is just like natural coconut and that is anti-germicidal the oils in coconut.I then ate around 10 spoons of the powder and I am feeling so nice and fresh. It is a little bit feeling after drinking tender coconut meat.I salute the manufacturers. I urge them to please maintain this quality and also make sure they use pesticide free coconuts.This is a must buy.When I make coconut milk from this I will update this review. But I have full faith from looking at the quality and the content of the powder that the result will be good.

I have bee using this for the last 1 year as I am following Twin diet.The coconut powder is very good and tastes better when added to the dishes.Worth the money.
