Works great with oils
These filters are fantastic! With only one tiny exception! They are not labeled as to which if the 200 and which is the 400! Otherwise I think that they are so good that I am about to buy them again!

Great for Fine Straining
I absolutely love these food grade fine nylon strainers. I use them, primarily, to remove pulp and other stuff I don't want i my juice. They take longer to strain because of the fineness, but they get rid of all the unwanted tiny material. Use them with a 5" jam strainer and you've got it made. I really highly recommend these for all of your highly strained needs.

Doesn’t filter out milk solids
I greatly wished that these filters would filter out milk solids but they don’t. They may be useful while preparing other things.
