What is the expiration date of the pods?

Hello, It's 20 months after production which depends on the batch. It's fast selling so expect approximately 14 to 18 months of shelf life

Is this 100% arabica?

This blend is almost all Arabica, there is still a light percentage of Robusta to increase creaminess

Do these work with delonghi ecp3 series

The Delonghi ECP3420 definitely has a special portafilter for E.S.E pods. You can see these pods in one of the photos they provide. Amazon has it online. I don't know for sure about other ECP machines but the 3420 definitely would let you use the Caffe Mercanti pods. I hope this helps.

How do these do producing a foam or crema on the coffee?

It produces a beautiful, smooth foam. I love these pods. I thought I might be trading taste and aroma for convenience but not so. This product produces a delicious cup and is well priced.
