Clear to read and relatively low cost. I bought this to fit to the handlebars of my motorcycle to keep and eye on battery and alternator voltage. I needed to make a mount bracket and ensure the wiring was not under stress as it seems somewhat lightweight. Works perfectly, however it hasn’t been exposed to weather and I can’t confirm how robust it would be in this regard. As a temporary outdoor device it met my requirements, it’s still on the bike and working after 6 months.

Had an old battery charger that I fitted this to the front to give me a voltage display.The display is big and bright, no reading glasses required. Comes with a double sided tape to fix and works well.Have a fluke meter that i check some reading with and all were either the same or 0.1 v out. For the money a good volt meter. with a bright big display. It is warm to the touch but not hot.

Nicely made digital meter to monitor LiPo battery volts used for trolling outboard motor and for electric garage door. Bright white display, accurate when checked against electronic engineers digital meter. Only fault, thin connecting wires at entry to unit likely to break, hence 4 stars.

Easy to fit and easy to read on the move. I'd suggest using 3M double sided stick tape though.No wiring instructions but any switched live and earth will do fine, I found a connector inside my headlight making connecting a breeze. Youtube is full of fitting guides.Worth every penny if £10 just for the piece of mind alone.

I've fitted the blue LED version of this on our narrow boat to monitor the state of charge of our 12v leisure batteries. It matches the readings on my digital multimeter, is easy to read in all light conditions and comes with a decent wire length.The wire itself is very thin (I don't know what gauge) and I put a 0.5A glass fuse in line on the positive lead by the battery connection to protect the wire, just in case.If it had a couple of lugs to screw it in place it would have been even better, but the self-adhesive pad supplied stuck it firmly to the boat's interior wood panelling and shows no sign of falling off, so that's a minor point.All in all, I'm very pleased with it and happy to recommend it to you.

Good Item

The voltage is about 0.2 to 0.3 out when measuring the same thing with other tools. Which isnt ideal when 0.2 - 0.3 can make a difference. Otherwise the product looks and feels nice with plenty of wire to work with.

Fitted on and old fireblade to get a heads up of any rectifier issues and it was easy to fit and did the job really well. 👍
