Glad to have it but it could be better.
Quality could be a bit better for the price. Took only 2 days for the black lead to break. Wife needed it working ASAP so I repaired it but I feel like it could be built more sturdy and still be low cost.

Good product.
I completely love this product. A little pricy but worth it. Easy to use and works on thin and corse hair (just have to work the hair follicle a little longer). This is my first professional machine after spending hundreds of dollars on Electrolysis sessions. If I knew how easy it was to do it yourself I would have bought this machine years ago. I definitely recommend it.

I did not use this, it was purchased as a gift but it requires using needles and I don't like needles. I would like to say that Avance has excellent products and I am sure this is a great machine. The service from Avance was excellent and their Customer Service was courteous, professional and friendly.
