Road System Learning Kits Woodland Scenics

Works very well although a little pricey. I used this product twice and was quite satisfied with the results. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend the instructional videos on the Woodland Scenics Youtube if you are new to this product. They give you step by step instructions and some useful tips.

This is a great kit, I agree there isn't much here, but it has everything you need. My 6 year old son and I did it with great results. This is specifically designed to be used with the rolled ReadyGrass. The only adjustment I made was to change a bit of the proportions. Although correct to scale, the road seemed a bit narrow when you don't include the parking spots. With the parking spots the road was too wide. To paint the road I used blue masking tape to cover the grey area. That worked great and had very clean lines.

A nice starter kit that contains all that is needed to build roads on model railroads, or other type ofmodeling. I did learn a lot from this kit, but I am a huge Woodland Scenics fan and will use their products whenever I can.

Are you learning to make a road? If so this is a great item for that. It shows you how to do it and gives you all the tools you need. Really good product

It worked as expected. I ordered more materials and built roads on my train layout with no problems.
